Mercedes Service Booking Platform (mobile)
Brief
The agency RAPP (which I worked at in 2016) was tasked with designing the service booking platform for Mercedes Benz cars & Vans. The main client being Daimler AG. They supplied requirements and basics user flows which were then translated to designs.
My Role
I designed the low fidelity wireframes of the Mercedes Benz service booking platform following the business specifications supplied by Daimler AG. I then performed Usability tests on the high fidelity designs to ensure they would be easy to use and satisfied business objectives.
